The buyer is responsible to purchase a new shipping label to return the product. Packages must be returned in original condition that it was sent out, meaning all new items need to be in the original package factory sealed to get a refund.
Refunds will be given within 24 hours of the package being delivered and inspected.
There is a $1.99 restocking fee for anything under a pound in weight and $4.99 restocking fee for anything above 1lb in weight.
